The Musée des Arts Décoratifs brings visitors a celebration of classic French style and sophistication this half term. Salon du Chocolat
October 30th – November 2nd

You’re going to feel like you’re spending as much time at Paris Expo as you are at our French-Paris French language school this half term! Head back to Porte de Versailles to indulge your sweet tooth at the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie. Visit Santa’s Grotto for a festive feast for the eyes, stroll down the Allée de l’Inspiration to see the incredible chocolate sculptures by up-and-coming creatives lining the path, learn from the masters at interactive workshops and meet some of the biggest names in the world of chocolate and pâtisserie. It’s a great way to practise your oral communication in French as you ask pastry chefs for top tips and keep an ear out for exhibitors offering tasters (come hungry).

Dia de los Muertos
October 4th – November 2nd

If the best bit about the October half term is Halloween to you, make a beeline for the Jardin d’Acclimatation for their Mexican-themed festival and funfair rides. Squeeze through hoards of skeletons, take care not to wake up the sleeping spiders, hide from the ghosts, cheer on the parades, dance with the mariachis and marvel at the fire eaters (rather them than us). If all that isn’t exciting enough for you, hop on the hair-rising rollercoasters and heart-stopping attractions at the park. After all that excitement, you’ll appreciate some downtime meeting the park’s llamas, goats, peacocks, parrots and all the other furry and feathered friends that call it home.
It costs 7€ to get into the park then you have to pay for each ride you go on or you can buy a ticket online which includes the rides.
