All year round accommodation
With a host family
Our host families are carefully chosen and located within Paris. They are used to welcoming foreign students and, therefore, know how to help them familiarize themselves with the French way of life and French culture. Single rooms, bed & breakfast (B&B) or half-board (breakfast and evening meal) are available.
The half-board option is ideal for practising French outside the classroom.

In the Hôtel Appart’City residence:
The Hôtel APPART'city residence is located near the Cité des Sciences, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, and is about 25 minutes away from ACCORD Language School on the Grands Boulevards.
The residence offers sudio with TV, kitchenette, private bathroom and toilets. Breakfast and meals not included.
Students are given an interphone entry code to access the Appart'city residence.

A security deposit of 150 euros must be paid on arrival.

In the "Le 300" Residence (La Bastille)
Perfectly located in the heart of Paris, the “Le 300†Residence is close to Place de la Bastille and a few minutes’ walk from the banks of Canal Saint-Martin. Situated in an area of Paris famous for its Opera House, its many boutiques and craft shops, the “Le 300†Residence with its modern design is smart and welcoming.
Facilities:
Studio with TV, kitchenette, private bathroom and toilets. Located in the 'Bastille' area. Breakfast and meals not included.

At the C.I.S.P. Kellerman residence
The C.I.S.P. student residence is located in Southern Paris and offers single rooms on a bed & breakfast basis. Dinners are available at the residence and are payable on site.
The value for money facilities includes a self-service restaurant, cafeteria, TV room, self-service laundrette and car park.
Kellermann Residence
Located at Porte d'Italie, close to the Parc Kellermann, in a lively area a few metro stops from Beaubourg and the Latin Quarter. Metro station: « Porte d'Italie » (line 7)

Ideally located in the heart of Paris and near the Canal Saint-Martin, students staying at the Saint-Martin residence can walk to ACCORD school.

For those who prefer renting an apartment, these 3 residences are ideal for groups as well as individuals (2 people minimum for the same period). They are located in typical Parisian areas and about 20-30 minutes from the school by subway.
Breakfast and meals not included.
Paris Montmartre residence:
This residence is located near the Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Cœur basilica in breathtaking Montmartre.
Buttes Chaumont residence:
Located in the heart of the 19th arrondissement (or district), you’ll feel like a Parisian in this lively area near La Villette.
Tour Eiffel residence:
This residence is ideally located to make the most of life in Paris, close to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river banks.
Porte de Versailles residence:
This residence is perfectly situated for our Summer Campus as it is very close to our Saint Nicolas residence.
From a studio to a 4 people apartment, all including a kitchen area, a private bathroom with toilets, a TV, a telephone and a weekly cleaning service. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week. The facilities are of high quality, modern and functional.
Philippe Auguste residence:
This residence is located near the famous Père Lachaise cemetery , the final resting place of so many famous people: Jim Morrison of The Doors, Edith Piaf, Frederic Chopin, Jean de La Fontaine, Marcel Proust, Moliere, etc.
Each studio flat comes with a kitchenette, shower room and toilets, cable TV and telephone. Free Wi-fi available!

In a hotel
Our Accommodation department offers a wide choice of 1* to 4**** hotels, all located near the school. We have negotiated special rates for our students and start from 90€ per night, including breakfast and taxes.
Here is a typical example of hotel selected by Accord Language School: This is a pleasant and welcoming hotel, only 5 minutes walk from Accord Language School and near the lively Grands Boulevards famous for its theatres.
Furnished studios and apartments

‘La maison des mines’ Residence
A Summer residence in the heart of the Latin Quarter
The Maison des Mines et des Ponts et Chaussées is a residence with 200 bedrooms for students. Located in Paris’s Latin Quarter, this student residence is located between the Panthéon and the Val de Grâce, two minutes away from the Jardin du Luxembourg.
In each room, there is a bed, wardrobe and desk. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge and a washbowl.
On each floor:
- kitchen area with hot plates and a microwave oven,
- showers and toilets.
- (no breakfast and no meals included in the fees)..

Double rooms (twin beds) are only available for couples or two students booking a course together. The twin room option is not available to students booking alone.
At the Cité Universitaire Internationale de Paris, the student residences in Paris
Located in the heart of the Cité Internationale Universitaire, Boulevard Jourdan in the 14th arrondissement (or district) of Paris, this residence offers single room accommodation with shared bathroom and communal kitchen on each floor.
Clean sheets are supplied and changed every 10 days, and rooms are cleaned once a week.
There is also access to the university’s restaurant. Free access to computers, Internet and Wi-Fi is also available.
The residence does not offer meals as the apartments are equipped with kitchen facilities.

Administrative fee
The administrative fee for each accommodation booking is 80 € per person and is non-refundable.
Recommendations
We recommend that you send us your accommodation application at least one month in advance. Some of the accommodation options we offer get booked up very early, particularly if you plan to come in the Summer. So to avoid disappointment, book early!
The above prices are for arrivals on Sunday afternoons and departures on Saturday mornings.
Transfer service
On request, our Reception department can arrange a personalised welcome at the airport or train station and a transfer to your accommodation by car.
