All year round accommodation

      With a host family

Our host families are carefully chosen and located within Paris. They are used to welcoming foreign students and, therefore, know how to help them familiarize themselves with the French way of life and French culture. Single or double rooms, Bed & Breakfast (B&B) or half-board (breakfast and evening meal) are available.
The half-board option is ideal for practising French outside lesson time.

 With a **** host family

Truly high quality accommodation: located on the Buttes-Chaumont, our **** host family offers you a suite with bedroom, bathroom, toilets, and living-room in their private XVII century house. A car parking space in the private garage of the house may also be available.

    Residence "Le 300" (La Bastille)

Perfectly located in the heart of Paris, the “Le 300” Residence is close to Place de la Bastille and just a few minutes’ walk from the banks of Canal Saint-Martin. Situated in an area of Paris famous for its Opera House, its many boutiques and craft shops, the “Le 300” Residence with its modern design offers a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.
Facilities:
In each studio flat, there is a sleeping area with a single or double bed, a fully-fitted kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, double hot plate, dishes, etc.), a shower room with WC, cable TV and telephone.

  At the C.I.S.P. residences

The C.I.S.P. student residences are located in southern Paris. They provide single rooms with breakfast or half-board.
The value for money facilities includes a self-service restaurant, cafeteria, TV room, self-service laundrette and car park.

Kellermann Residence
Located at Porte d'Italie, close to the Parc Kellermann, in a lively area a few metro stops from Beaubourg and the Latin Quarter. Metro station: « Porte d'Italie » (line 7)

Ravel Residence
Located near Bois de Vincennes and the Parc Omnisport of Paris Bercy, and close to an olympic swimming pool.
Metro station: "Porte Dorée" (line 8) on the direct underground line to our school.

Enjoy the Olympic swimming pool located next to the CISP Ravel residence. Special prices for students staying at the CISP residence.	The CISP Kellermann residence.	The CISP Ravel restaurant.	In spring and in summer, enjoy the terrace of the CISP Kellermann restaurant .

for those who prefer to rent a flat

Paris Montmartre - Buttes Chaumont - Porte de Versailles

These 3 residential hotels are located at about 20-30 minutes from the school by subway in typical Parisian areas.

Paris Montmartre Residence : near the Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilic
Buttes Chaumont Residence : in the heart of the XIXth district, in a lively and cultural area, near La Villette.
Porte de Versailles Residence : very close to our Summer Campus.

From a studio to a 6 person apartment, all the flats include a kitchen area, a bathroom with toilets, a TV, a telephone and a weekly cleaning service . Bed sheets and towels are provided and changed once a week. All the high quality facilities are modern and functional.

ONLY IN SUMMER

    At Hôtel Appart'City Residence: for stays of 5 weeks or more

The Hôtel APPART'city Residence is located near the Cité des Sciences, Gare de l'Est and Gare de Nord, and is about 25 minutes away from ACCORD School on the Grands Boulevards.
The residence consists of 20m² studios, with a private bathroom and toilets, a sofa bed, a kitchenette (with fridge, coffee-maker, etc.), TV and telephone. Students are given an interphone entry code to access the Appart'city residence.

Price/week/person= 365 euros/week *
A security deposit of 150 euros must be paid on arrival.
* The average electricity bill is about 30 € per month and is paid directly to the residence.

Single room accommodation. Shared bathroom and kitchen on each floor.
Clean sheets are supplied and changed every 10 days, and rooms are cleaned once a week.
Access to the University’s restaurant.
Free access to Internet and Wifi. Computers available.

   Administrative fee

The administrative fee for each accommodation booking is 80 € per person and is non-refundable.


   Recommendations

We recommend that you send us your accommodation application one month in advance, especially if you plan to come in the Summer.

The above prices are for arrivals on Sunday afternoons and departures on Saturday mornings.

   Pick up service

On request, our welcome and accommodation department can arrange a personalized welcome at the airport for you and transfer to your accommodation by car.
